On May 1, 2023, Everi Holdings Inc. (“Everi”) acquired certain assets of VKGS LLC (“Video King”).  Everi’s Video King is amongst the world’s largest providers of electronic bingo systems.  Products produced by the Company include bingo gaming equipment, with both bingo gaming devices (tablets, handheld and fixed-base units) and bingo hall equipment (bingo consoles, RNG ball draw software, and digital flashboards).  The Company also offers a wide range of ancillary bingo games and Class II gaming content. Our bingo products are developed and designed with state-of-the-art technologies, focused on maximizing player enjoyment, while delivering increased profitability to the gaming enterprises.

 

Everi’s Video King bingo gaming entertainment and bingo hall management system fully integrate with the Company’s bingo hall equipment and bingo gaming devices to provide a complete turn-key bingo hall solution. With 60,000 bingo gaming devices deployed worldwide, our products are installed in thousands of charitable bingo halls, more than forty of the largest tribal gaming casinos, aboard luxury cruise liners, and in commercial casinos. The Company can also supply consumable bingo products including bingo paper, pull tabs, and ink daubers through its’ network of bingo distributors. 

In addition, many U.S. military bases rely on Everi’s Video King products assist with the Morale Welfare and Recreation programs, which provide support and leisure services designed to enhance lives of those in the various branches of service.
