On May 1, 2023, Everi Holdings Inc. (“Everi”) acquired certain assets of VKGS LLC (“Video King”). Since that acquisition, Apollo Funds completed the acquisitions of International Game Technology’s Gaming & Digital business and Everi, bringing the organizations together as one combined enterprise operating as IGT.
